I am a qualitative and interdisciplinary researcher, driven by curiosity and a genuine interest in people’s stories. I enjoy listening, exploring different points of view, and working with topics that are naturally complex.
This curiosity has shaped my academic path and allowed me to collaborate with colleagues from physics, neuroscience, psychology and data science.
My current work focuses on understanding how firms, family businesses and SMEs navigate sustainability, entrepreneurship and their connections to local communities.
I also work as an independent researcher, collaborate on academic and applied research projects, and serve as thesis supervisor or second assessor at Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD level.
